Gotcha, looks like a rounded version with a TRD insignia etched in lol.

looks gerat though man and the bolt for the pulley looks more reliable, but I wonder what happens if you try to remove it to switch out a reduction pulley

Were they using the stock airbox for the 05-06 s/c setups?

What's the deal with the stock bypass valves leaking really bad on the 05-06's? I don't have a boost guage, but the power starts coming on strong at about 2k and only keeps building from there... It really is a night and day difference from stock...

It will be a nite and day diff from stock Il ike the S/C as for the BPV leaking Im sure they are using the same, if you switch from the stock one to a forge or even a Bosch 110 youll feel it better.

I haven't had time to get a real good look at all the goodies that are in there now... where is the bpv located at and how hard/easy is it to get to to swap it out? Which one do you recommend I put in (I'm assuming the dealership wouldn't notice the bypass valve swap and I could put the stocker in for them if I need service?)

The BPV if you dont feel like keep on switching ing and out i would reccomend is the Bosch 110bpv

It literally looks 100% exactly like stock and they wont notice it unless they reallllllly go looking for it.

Its located to the left of the airbox behind the intake tube. Medium difficulty to switch out.

Yeah lets see the ZX2!!!! I sold mine to get the tC. I liked that car but it was time for something new. Not many people mod a Ford ZX2. I thought it was a sweet looking car. I want pics!

Here you are, pics from when the install got done initially. The ZX2 is under the knife again, main charge piping has been removed and is in the process of being converted to blow-thru
