unichip for TRD supercharger
#41
Also those A/F ratios are lookin a little high, theyre up in the low 12's at 6000 rpms, shouldn't they be at most in the 11's? Look how pig rich the TRD tune gets after about 4000 rpms, man what a crap tune. (The TRD tune that is)

Great job on the tune, 30hp=FTW in any category

baseline would only have been 205 @ 9.5 lbs, thats low, like u said maybe its the dyno? Should be closer to like 220 @ 9.5 lbs but whatever, 30 hp gain is sick, I knew the unichip would be our best option I'm definetly doing it as soon as it is available. Who should I contact about this? When I contacted unichip before they knew there was a supercharger tune available but weren't aware of what was going on with your car. Also, are you running any mods other than just the 9.5 lb pulley? Did the tuner have any trouble adding timing with the TRD tune?
edit: HE didn't seem to have any issue with adjusting the tune but he did say that the ijectors seem to be maxing out the last couple 100 rpm which seemed odd since the injectors should be good for more power.

wheres those additional pics! I wanna see some more a/f ratios, and another torque graph, that torque curve looks whacky man. Also, the injectors could be the reason why you lean out right at the end at 6500 RPM, that ain't good, shift before 6500!

so if I am going the Unichip route I can keep my nonflashed ecu and add the unichip. you said you had "profiles" one for summer and the one you are on now, would I be able to have them load a N/A tune for how I sit now, and when I go SC switch to that tune without having to send the SC in? how many profiles can they have?

They do sell two different setups for the Tundra and FJ Cruiser SC (flashed and stock), they don't have dynos to go along with each though. I wonder if the gains would be any better on stock. They still don't have this listed as an option for the tc, I wonder how much money they would have made by doing this earlier.
