V-band inlet/outlet turbochargers...
As many of you know, we have released our Alpha Series parts, which revolve around the stainless steel TiAL turbine housing. This housing is truly revolutionary in the fact of it being the first v-band inlet/outlet turbine housing. It will make leakless seals all of the time to your manifold and downpipe without the use of bolts and/or gaskets.
This method of mounting the turbo allows for infitine adjustability for clearence and slick, quick disconnect. This makes a quick weekend larger turbo swap or regular duty repairs a sinch!
How does this differ from PTE turbos? Simple. TiAL are cast stainless steel. The TiAL housings are lighter weight (about 6-8lbs) than the PTE. The PTE are casted iron like a normal turbine housing, so it will rust and you may have issues sealing if the rust gets bad enough around the v-band flanges.
The PTE uses their own technology, which is now made in China and from other sources around the turbocharging industry. TiAL uses 100% genuine Garrett components, which you have come to know and trust for their quality and performance.
Side note: PTE was cut-off from Garrett back in Dec 2008. So, they can no longer buy Garrett pieces anymore.
We here at Dezod are firm believers that you get what you pay for. You do pay a little more for Garrett turbos, but the qulaity is unrivaled. We have been working with Garrett and are currently going through the Garrett turbo kit certification manufacturing program. This process links turbocharging manufacturers using genuine Garrett parts directly to Garrett's website as a seal of approval.
Lastly, I just wanted to say that these fine turbochargers are now available for sale on our website!

Paul you know my address send one over for free. I got a question though. Do the make a separate turbine housing for like my 60-1. Right now I have a a .63ar and if i can go a lil higher I will want the v band housing. I have s master power 60-1 with a Garrett turbine housing.

The turbine housings listed here only are guaranteed to work with these turbochargers due to turbine wheel clearences and heat shields.
