i'm going to run a couple of test to make sure the IAC for the EMS is not sticking open. but i know for a fact that don't have any vacuum leaks from the hoses and what every else.. but i'm going to double check and tripple check stuff..

ok well those weren't the finished pix. they are uses for the greddy boost controller and the boost/vac gauge. come on guys. plus i used all four on the underside of the manifold for the IAC and Brake Booster and the one from the throttle body and one for the 5 bar map sensor. so all four under side is used. all have been sealed. no kinks in line. no leaks other than where i think one may be. and that's the IAC..

Made a few phone calls and got answers relating to what my vac should be reading around. 21-22 in/hg should be around stock. Intake mani should be around 18-20 in/hg. And with the cam it's about 10 in/hg.. all at idle. My startup wasn't running the car right so when i get to setting it up a little better I should hopefully see around 10 in/hg
So hopefully get the car to starting right and drive it for 500 mile to break in change oil and do all that bull crap. drive for anouther 1000 to 1500 miles another oil change. (meanwhile trying not to introduce boost) and then tune for the 25-30 psi tune with water/meth on pump gas.
wish me luck and i'll have vids of the start up and how the car is running and the tune.
to 89mm.. 20mm over. it was just honed to fit the new je pistons swain coat tops and skirts. and all the race bearings were coated and the crank journals aligned bored for the new main studs from Ptuning. so everything has been spec'd and blueprinted again. I'm ready for the big boosties. Possibly after the tune i'm might be switching out tthe turbo and to something more efficient and bigger.
