Actually I wouldn't disagree there.. I ordered a Greddy Supercharge for my xB and the first one they sent me had some definate packing issues...

Although zer0 and the crew are right, you need to replace that actuator... your overboosting into potential no man's land
Yea Greddy has a packaging issue. I recieved bent and mangled intercooler pipes twice from them already. Im willing to bet they packaged the turbo crappy, and UPS slamming the boxes around doesnt help. The actuator probably bent from that.

^^Exactly. I think the whole issue STARTS with GReddy themselves, and not the shipping company or the user.

i just bring it back to the shop , and when they test drive it , it do up to 12psi and drop down to aroung 6 or 7 psi and they said that normal on all greddy turbo kit , so my car got no problem , but i still dont really trust them thought. i dont think my car is run right , i think i need to try save me some money so i can bring it to ZPI cause i think they tuned better and they know what they doin.

Call Greddy and get a new actuator. Then get a MBC and turn it to 9psi and get a tune.

Your in Memphis, TN. ZPI is only a few hours drive, get up there and get those bugs worked out. If you need some peeps to roll with, the Nashville boys will roll out with you.

Sorry to hear about your issues. Try contacting ZPI or Dezod and explain your issues. Also try to explain to your local shop that others running the greddy kit dont experience this boost creeps. Good luck

damn im having the same problem with my greddy kit..... i had it towed down to yimi sport here in california on friday to have it tuned and it kept boosting up to 14 psi and then droping down to 10 pounds of boost while they were trying to tune it......it ends up that the rod from the wastegate was geting stuck on the housing of the actuator and it would just keep leting in as much boost as it wanted to....im going to contact greddy tommorow when they open and try to get this taking care of....hopefully they are a good company and will replace the wastegate

i already went through this all. same exact problem, ask paul at dezod, he sent me the tial 38 mm external wg. greddy will prob tell u that u have to wait, cuz they didnt have any actuators when i called.
greddy = the suck. paul at dezod = the man.
some other items to thinkg about, the couplins on the greddy kit r like no thrills toilet paper as well as the worm gear.
i replaced the wg and now it runs unbelievably better. i thought it was me but it was the wg. and if i wasnt so dumb i would have a pic of how it looks, so nice. but i dont and my car is at a shop cuz i drove over a tire tread.
heres a pic that if u squint and stand on one leg, and look past the gg bottle, u can kinda see

like ive mentioned many times, i wanted the greddy kit cuz i thought it would be reliable and such, oops.
any coverage i get, will not mention greddy.
