Default Water Cooled Turbo (coolant lines)

So i got my turbo back from turbonetics and they cant find any banjo fittings to fit my turbo 3/8 npt....why the f*ck would they drill it 3/8npt??? so anyways i had to retrofit some fittings to get my coolant lines run. My question is should i bypass the throttle body and just leave the throtle body alone with no coolant or t the coolant lines and run them to the turbo???

either put it in serial to the throttle or bypass it. it's only there to heat up the throttle body in colder weather.
