I know it is safe and reduces the chances of detonation in an engine, but is it safe for use with a daily driver? I mean, if anyone is from NJ, then you know 78... would it be safe to use for an hour or two at those speeds? What about longer... "road trips"... of say even seven hours?

 

Karl (IceNine) commutes an hour for work all the time. He has no problems with his water/meth.

 

Thanks for your response. I am fairly comfortable with an hour or so, but was wondering about 2.5+ hours of driving... highway @ 70-75 mph.

Anyone else hear of anything wrong with long driving hours on water/meth?

 

If your water/meth system is setup to trigger at a certain PSI level, then cruising on the highway at 70-75 in vac will never engage the system, I would think. That's if you have it setup that way.

 

yeah the meth injection only occurs at certain levels of boost, so just cruising down the highway you will never even use it. If you get on the gas to accelerate, then you will start using the juice. And it is perfectly safe.
