Weird issue.
My car has been driving great since I got it back and put. 1700 miles on it. This morning I stopped at the store, I came back out car wouldn't start. I checked fuses and my EM2 fuse underneath the hood was blown. Replaced the fuse, car still wouldn't start, unplugged my emanage and plugged directly to stock ecu. Starts first try, replug the emanage and starts fine. Wtf. Ideas?

My bad for not being clear, I was able to start the car and drive it. I drove the car to the store (car was at operating temp), went inside for a few minutes, came back out and it wouldn't start. I checked fuel pressure after trying to start it was at 40 (this was with me cranking then getting out and looking at the fuel rail pressure gauge), I tried to disconnected the battery and waited several minutes to reconnect and try again, nothing. I then decided it was best to go through the fuses. My AM2 fuse was blown, I replaced it, still nothing. I then unplugged the jumper harness and plugged the only the factory ecu in, the car turns and fires up but dies (injectors are completely different than stock), it did not do this before. So I then unplugged the ecu harness and reconnected the jumper harness. The car started and worked fine. Im just puzzled why the fuse blew.

Not sure, it only blew the fuse one time. After checking online that fuse powers a lot of different components. It was early in the morning I had my headlights on, ac, defroster, and all the added electronics so im hoping it was my fault for having everything on while cranking or a fluke. Time will tell.

It happed again but without blown fuse. Had to plug only factory ecu in start it, then unplugged and then plugged in emanage, staryed up fine. Only seems to do this with engine at operating temp. I suspect either maf sensor or injectors. Will try to look into it this weekend.

One additional note when the car is at operating when the idle starts going low and the car dies, im able to start immediately but if I wait a minute it wont start back without unplugging the emanage.

Why? What's wrong with your throttle body?
