does the GReddy kit need a new s-pipe? I know that it comes with downpipe, but the downpipe meets the s-pipe or the midpipe?

Alright, we got 2 kits coming soon and GRedy has confirmed a $300 or more price increase on their next shipment from Trust (japan).

Anyone interested, please PM us. We can get you one of those 2 kits (or both, lol) if serious about purchasing.

No manifold issues, allparts are there and so are the emanages.

Well guys, as you all know I completed my install last weekend. I haven't posted any pics bc I have had some issues with starting the car, and also driving the car. I bought the emanage support tool to see wtf was going on.... Come to find out my AAV's showed a 16% increase at 2k rpms, so I adjusted it back to 0 which is the default setting. I checked the rest of the main settings and they wedre correct, however when I checked the Air Flow and Ignition maps,... There was NOTHING! All the values were set to 0 which means the car is running the factory settings. I am not sure if greddy calls this there map or if they simply didnt export the software into my main unit on accident. I will be calling them tommorrow to investigate. I will keep everyone posted.

Where is it? Is it that gold colored thing by the turbo? I was discouraged in getting this kit because the BOV flange is not built-in. I don't know anything about turbo so was afraid to have it welded on since I don't even know where it should go.

Its on the upper charge pipe, the pipe above the intake.

Alright guys, I got Bennie from Greddy helping me with my issue. He is the designer of the kit for the Scion Tc. I have a new map and settings to setup now, so I will let you guys know if that solves the issue. Later,

Jon

Default stupid question

To anyone who has this kit installed--

Did you have to tap the oil pan yourself? Did you have to weld any pieces together? Any check engine lights? Did the kit come with installation instructions? What were all the extras to the kit that you bought seperate, and how much did they cost? And lastly, how long was the installation?

Sorry about all the questions. I'm looking at picking up this kit, and just wanted to clear up some things and do my homework.

Thanks

BTW: The kit looks nice!

I still need to order injectors before i can install the kit but i have the Greddy e-manage (blue) and the Dezod PnP Harness. If anyone wants to see pics i will take some or has any questions let me know looks like the oil drain is a weld in by the way good thing i picked up a spare oil pan.
