He used our PnP for the e-man blue and our jumper settings.

Our Ultimate PnP would work as long as you have the proper jumper and profile settings for the E-man U from someone or GReddy.

Hey Dezod, I know you guys know a **** load about turbos or anyone else,
How does the 18G turbo stack up with the evo 16G GT, and the turbonetics t3/t4?
I see that this turbo has an internal wastegate? sry i dont know much about turbos, but i know that there is something different with the wastegate, what are the pros and cons of this? I know my GST, had a T25 and it had a simliar setup.
Thanks

Yes, I know that you make the harness for the Ultimate... but what are we missing for making the ultimate PnP for the GReddy Turbo kit? jumpers settings? what are those? can you supply them? can you get them?

Read this to learn about the ultimate. Page 7 explains jumper settings.

Ok as for the 18G turbo being comparable to a big 16G the awnser to my knoledge is yes they are very close the 16G should be rated for about 380HP and i belive the 18G is 380-400 if im not mistaken they are both TD-05 wheels on the turbos.

I would also like to thank 1lowtc for his advice i was having the exact same cold start problem with the PnP Dezod harness and i switch jp2 over to the 2-3 setting today and it works flawless i am so glad you shared that info all this time i though i might have been the dezod harness and that is something i would have never figured on my own

On a side note i will hopefully have my injectors in about 10 days and it is the only thing left that i need so i can install my Greddy kit. I have a question or a favor to ask to anyone that actually has the kit installed anyone have a pic or can take a picture of the oil return flange mounted on the oil pan the picture in the instructions is very unclear i belive the flange should be at a 45 degree angle but just want to be sure i place it right.

I can say that paul and I spend at least a half hour a day talking about some new turbo designs, brands, specs, whatever haha...

SO...
16G Evo and 18G are VERY simililar so I'd just stick with the 16G Evo, aka big 16G.

We use turbonetics turbos because of flexibility and quality. We can get a turbo that maxes at only 230whp or so, and then go as extreme as over 600whp on a t3/t4. With differenf exhaust housing options, wheel options, compressor options, the possibilities are almost endless. We are very happy with the S1 and it drives like a car that has larger displacement with a rinky-dink turbo. It makes 5psi at 2000rpms, and holds 12+psi past redline if need be. The S2 debuts this week and will really impress those looking for some higher numbers.

The turbo you choose will instantly make ur options slimmer for your manifold. The both uses different flanges (T25 flange vs T3 flange).

I'll get more into wastegate's soon... Gotta jet for a lil bit right now...

Thanks to the last two who helped us answer* these questions.

the 18G and Big 16 both use a t25 flange? I had a t25 on my 1.7L civic and it was too small for my liking

so if we buy the GReddy Turbo kit with the Ultimate option and the Dezod PnP harness for the Ultimate using this info (http://www.greddy.com/tech/EMAN-ULT_Installation.pdf)
we should not have any problems, right?

I haven't got any dyno time yet,... I still have some rough spots around 4500rpms, but other than that its running great. I am going to up the injectors to 550's before I get dyno time.
