^ It takes alot to get there, I have not heard of one person who has got a tune that has been perfect right off the bat you will always needs to fine tune parts plus different air temp's can change your a/f's in the winter I noticed with my s/c I was running much richer than the summer. Plus I want to be able to data log if needed.

Just buy some old ____ty laptop off ebay for like 50 bucks, as long as it operates, it should be able to run the F/IC software. Plus who's gonna try to steal a $50 laptop lol.

I got a pro tune...I still need minor adjustments after the short term wrote to the long term trim...but I dont' leave my laptop in my car all the time...I usually set aside a time to do my tuning, that's when I bring my laptop.

I think you can set it up so it loges on the f/ic, then you can pull the log off onto your laptop later and use that to tune.

dell's got an eeepc type laptop now as well...

The fi/c has a 30 second onboard data log with a switch to activate it. I guess just that. I was thinking about a car pc, it would be pretty cool to have.
