Default What do I REALLY Need?

So I Recently Ordered a stage 0 for my A/T tC. I got the Wideband O2 Guage, boost Guage, Intercooler, and A copper Wastegate Gasket, As Well as a HKS SSQV. Now I'm looking at Transmission Coolers, and started wondering what else I'm gonna need to A. Make sure my car doesn't go Boom....and B. Get the most out of the turbo. Some people have said a Emanage and larger 440 or 550cc Injectors and a good tune and im good, some people have said do nothing, but most of them drive hondas that are four beautiful shades of rust with fart cannons on the back and z3 Fenders up front so .....thought I would ask people who actually knew something about it. So Help a white boy out yo!

Large Injectors may be neccesary, but with your wideband in the s-pipe, you'll have a REALLY good idea what your A/F is going to be like... If you are leaning out with it, which seems to be a possibility, you'll have to upgrade your injectors and run an emanage for tuning... It's something between us 5speeds, (Run just fine) and the auto's (which some are leaning out on)... With your wideband/boost gauges, plus the FMIC, and transmission cooler... you should have all you need initially and the ability to assess if you are maxing out your stock injectors to adapt accordingly.

Thanks for the advice, I'm 100% new at this. Just a guy who loves his car, and likes going vroom down the road. When it comes to a turbo, I might as well be blind, deaf and suffering from aixelsyd lol But instead of acting like I have any clue what I'm doing and ending up with a rice buffet tc, I think ill get as much help and advice as I can

550 injectors will be good for over 300whp - and I would go w/ the emanage ultimate - they are around $500 (and that needs to be tuned).

Does Size Really matter?.........With Transmission Coolers that is...The two I'm looking at both come in like 4 sizes? one is a Flex-a-lite Tranny Cooler and the other is a B&M Cooler, any advice on that?

injectors sure matter - the s/c injectors are only good for 290whp'ish ...and the s/c injectors are larger then the stock ones.

I personally have a B&M tranny cooler and it works great..

Oh and I would recomend being on the safe side and buying larger injectors and emange or ultimate..

Yeah I'm looking at another week or so( I think) until my turbo gets shipped, im just trying to get everything here ahead of time so i can be ready and all, I think I will go ahead and get the 550cc Injectors ZPI has online, what type of emanage or whatever do I need? And anyone know where I can get a triple guage pod that goes on the dash like above the center air vents? I don't think the a-pillar one will work because I have those curtain airbags and the site I saw said it wouldnt work

The A- pillar gauge mount will not effect the air bag..because the air bags do not come out from the A-pillar.. but here is the 3 guage pod that sits on top of your dash.. I personally like it better to.. Oh and spend the extra money and go with the Ultimate it is way better and has more options..

I've got the ATI 3 guage pod on my center console.

When you get all your parts and ready for install, give me a holler.

Yeah... mine maybe around those sizes..It was just an estimate.. but here is a pic so you can see how little it really is compared to a FMIC .
