Default What else do I need?

So I bought mmppshh's turbo kit recently, I just want to make sure I know exactly what I'll need.
What I got:
Rebuilt turbo
Manifold
Wastegate
Dump tube
Bov
IC/piping
Oil feed/return lines
Injectors
AEM fic
AEM boost gauge
I think off the top of my head that's it...

So I know I will need:
Misc bolts/gaskets
Tapped oil pan
Afr/oil pressure gauge
Vacuum manifold
Misc vacuum lines
Custom fabbed down pipe
Intake Filter
And... Not quite sure off the top of my head. Hence why I'm asking for your opinions. I will be getting a tune at a reputable shop. I understand that I need to change my oil, run 92 octane, etc.
Thanks guys!

If your getting a custom fabbed downpipe but an EGT bung on it and get yourself an EGT monitoring system. Tuning is so much easier with and EGT! Not only that it will tell you if your going to melt something! I would get some Meth/water injection that is something I've put on all my boosted cars. Not vital but I love having one.

I'm not going to get water/meth yet... As for the egt I'll look into it. So I need afr wideband as well, and the tapped oil pan. I saw on a turbonetics install instruction manual you can tap your own. Thoughts?

Wideband is not necessary but it is HIGHLY recommended. As for the oil pan you can tap your own, I have the turbonetics kit but I bought it used and it is supposed to come with a special tap, but of course it was missing it. However, you should be able to find a tap at a hardware store. The size ti calls for is 1/2 NPT of course this depends on what size fitting/hose you will be using. Most people use 1/2 NPT or -10 AN for SS line fittings and as far as I have read you don't want to go below that. A heads up though it is a pain in the ___ and the tap alone can end up costing you $20 bucks. So you might be better off just having some one weld in an oil return fitting. You can either take the stock one off to have it welded (if you go this route just be sure to cover up where the pan was, don't want stuff in the engine) or look in the classifieds for one. Hope that helps

Oh on the contrary DJ1010 a wide-band is needed the Stock A/F sensor can only read up to a certain range. Wide-bands have a higher range of readings so it will be needed to let you know when your severely rich or lean and when tuning.

Not saying DJ is wrong but a wide-band is critical and a good early warning system.

Hay-speed I think you've got most of the things needed.

Thanks guys! I will be getting a wideband, itd be kinda stupid not too imo. I guess I really just need to save up for the rest of the items, especially a new clutch. Would you recommend a boost controller?

Boost controller is nice when you have a tune and have driven it for a while. I would focus on getting the system setup first then move on to the options later. I have seen many people get distracted on boost problems before they are even boosting. I like to add that in after the initial honeymoon stage. This gives you the user an opportunity to make sure everything is in order. Boost controller is one less thing to iron out if your not boosting right from the get go. In my opinion a good tuner will always tune you first without a boostcontroller then add it in after everything is good.

I need to get a new wastegate spring. I think I have a 14psi one at the moment. I want like 8-10. So boost controller a no... Looks like the only big ticket items are the wideband, down pipe and tune, and those arent too expensive. Im keeping my stock clutch till it starts slipping. Ive already started saving for a new one and by the time i fry mine now I'll probably be able to afford it.

My clutch I just got. ACT...not sure the exact specs. I love the feel...even over stock. The quicker engagement is awesome. And im runnin off my 10psi wastegate spring and I love it. Boost controller is an option like the other guys said. I decided on no controller simply cause of cost and Im not tempted to just "bump it up a little" when out riding lol

Oil pressure gauge might be a good idea. Turbo timer will help cool it down after driving it too

Dumb me lol. Just overlooked it I guess. And are competition clutches still as bad as they were before? I remember tcpete had a bad review on them.

Hayseed, are you gunna use the FIC for boost control? Id assume you could, however havent personally tried it. All you need is a subinj output, which I believe the FIC has.

Thendawg I believe I am. Sorry this is the part of the tc I don't know a ton about. I have the AEM boost gauge with the boost solenoid, so I had imagined I would run it through the fic.
