I guess i'm going to have to remove the turbo kit off my car...
the shop where I took it claims that the FIC can't be tuned well because of the stock ECU overrides everything

I only got to experience driving a turboed TC for less than a month

If you take a trip up here I can break you a deal.

But you'll have to understand that if something is physically wrong with the car, a tune won't fix it.

What you need to do is open a credit card dispute with the company that did your original work, if the problem is only tune related. If the shop installed your turbo system and Mike or Rob looks at it and sees something is amiss then that needs to be documented too.

The issues with the car and turbo system, if there are any, must be addressed before tuning. So if the shop installed your kit and supposedly tuned your car you need to have that invoice ready. Your credit card company will only refund your money when you provide the original invoice for the work completed by that POS shop and an accompanying invoice from another shop that fixed the problems from the first shop. It would also be nice to have a letter on company letterhead, from the 2nd shop documenting the problems neglected from the original shop.

Yes, it will cost a little money upfront but you will get the money back and at least let Rob or Mike take a look at the car and tune, both of them are worth their weight in gold. If I lived in FL, trust me, I would have an apartment right around the corner from Rob, pause, no homo

You can also get the NGK brand but I recently installed these but the difference between myself and you is I know my tune isn't poop. So run NGK plugs until you're sure your car runs well and the tune is appropriate before getting these since they're costly, $$$, but they are also the GOAT

Yes you can - and yes you should.

Just do it carefully.

I got my Denso's they were gapped perfectly, to the specs MrC posted. My NGK's I had to adjust each time I put in a set.
