Default What gauges do you guys run?

I'm getting the Perrin column pod and it holds two gauges. I have the AEM AFR and the AEM Boost but I don't think I want the AFR gauge flashing at me all the time but I can't decide which other gauge would be of any benefit (with the s/c). If none, I'll just mount em either both in the glove box or the AFR in there and the boost on the column in a single cup.

you could look into maybe getting an oil pressure gauge. Thats always important with f/i setups

with a supercharger, a boost gauge is not really necessary.

You need a boost gauge just as much as you need a transmission temp, oil temp, and EGT. They all provide data to help make your motor run at optimal level.

I do not tune myself, but I can tell you from experience that any additional data to the tuner cant hurt. Motors have been know to blow.

Greddy, Defi, and Autometer offer some sweet looking systems

I believe so, and the AEMs sweep as well (with LEDs, not a needle)

Yes they do.

check out this vid:

It seems pretty cool. Only downside is it might get annoying. I can already hear my girlfriend "why do they flash like that"

"listen baby, this looks good and they are supposed to do that"

Why you "guys" in the title? I run Defi boost, EGT and fuel pressure BF gauges in red. they are in the center pod by ATI.
