its not really your call. its gonna be dependent on the condition of your sleeves. if there isn't any scoring, then stay at 88.5mm. that way if you actually need to go with a larger bore you can.

From what Ive read, you cant really go over 89.5mm on stock sleeves.

bottom line is your gonna have to see how bad the scoring is to determine what size you need. as brett already said, its not really your call unless you just want to bore over more than needed. Id bore it out only the minimum required to repair the cylinder walls so that you can later bore it out again if you happen to need to.

As stated before.. it's not really your call. Just take the block to the machine shop, have the cylinders cleaned up. The shop can tell you what they need. They can probably measure everything and tell you before cleaning it all up. I did this when I built a supercharged Chevelle. It's part of what they call blueprinting an engine.

x4 not your call.. ptuning is building me a block 89.5mm bore dure to scoring.. starting with stock 88.5mm if possible will be best, like brett said if later on you need a rebuild you will still have plenty to bore out
