What turbo parts from turbo honda can I swap to the tC?
I haven't been on the board for a while. I've been building a turbo crx for the last 6 or so months. Anyways, I was thinking about selling the scion and keeping the crx; but, now I think I might go the opposite way. I have learned alot from the last 6 months and went from a auto d15 obd0 car to a obd1 d16 manual crx with a 50trim turbo.
anyways, If I sell the crx I was wondering if I could use some of the parts on my scion since I always wanted to turbo it. I have a few questions about the following?
1. I have RC 550cc injectors made for hondas. Do we use high or low impedence injectors? do any retailers sell resistor boxes if the injectors are different? do I need a larger fuel pump
2. I have a t3/t04e 50trim turbo. I know that the 04e housing is slightly different from some of the other housings, are there any manifolds on the market that it will work with? the turbine housing is a 4bolt style, what downpipe should I use?
I also have a 38mm tial wastegate that I want to make sure will work with the manifold?
3. charge piping, intercooler, and bov are easily done, I had to fab up my own for the crx. I have a greddy rs bov and fmic already
4. my final thing is what to do for fuel managment? with my honda it was so easy since I used the rom editor crome which is basically as good as a standalone.
please excuse these questions if they are asked all the time I haven't really even logged on in about 6 months before a couple days ago.

The injectors will not plug into our fuel rail if I am not mistaken?? 550's should work on our cars with stock fuel pump though. As far as turbos go I think you can use any t3 flanged exhaust manifold but I think you will need to make a custom down pipe. Fuel management will have to be taken care of by a piggyback like the Greddy Emanage. Sorry no chipping/reflashing in the Scion/Toyota world and I do not think there ever will be.
