^ not directly and I called a few places and they wanted like $50 - $60 for the snap ring and o ring, so I ended up buying a ebay bov for the snap ring and extra weld on flange.

With the right tools it is not too hard. I got a new o-ring from the local ace hardware. I just measured the flange and bought 2 or 3 rings in that size, in different thicknesses. I believe a non metric size was the actual correct one (like 1 7/8" or something). Now a new snap ring might be a little harder to find. Luckily I did not lose mine when my BOV came off while driving. Anyways good luck.
