Have you been to other sections of SL? If you had, then you can understand why we never come out of the F/I section.

Well guys, he never replied to my email. Looks like I will be contacting Ebay on this matter.
Corbeau provided me a partial sponsorship proposal in exchange for pics of their products on our car. Those pics are utilized on their website. This guy should no more no less give me 50% or a free hood period.

The listing is labeled as Seibon, however the unauthorized picture of my car in fact is not equipped with a Seibon Hood. It is equipped with an AIT hood. Therefore, the ebay user is using a picture of my car for sales without my permission, as well as False advertising. I have contacted the ebay listing and he has failed to reply to my request. Therefore I ask the ebay user to remove the unauthorized image or listing all together.

I have been down this road before. You can technically really do some harm if you had the right people behind you. And he should know that, if he doesn't ... inform him of it. 
Once you scare him enough I would recommend that you milk it for all it is worth. Like I don't know .... a hood for example.
I am a photographer and I have had many pictures "stolen" before that is why I watermark everything now and have my information written to the IPTC.
