Hi Travis - thank you for taking the time to work with me. I am not in a position to sponsor a hood for the sake of installed pictures. This investment would require approximately 5-6 hood sales to return just the value of the sponsored hood. Again, let me emphasize that false advertising is when a seller shows/describes one product and sells a different one. Everything above the posted install pictures is accurately describing the product. The purpose of the installed pictures is to give customers an idea or representation of how the hood might look installed. I've seen other sellers use "universal" pictures to sell their products in the actual item description.

In conclusion, I will decline the offer and remove the picture from my auction. I ask that you allow me a few business days to work on this. I am shooting to complete this by Wednesday, 2/27. Please contact me if you have further questions. Thank you.

Although it's neither hear nor there in what you and I consider false advertisement, it is still apparent that you want to utilize my image for your auction. This is still unacceptable. The auction proceedings do not require that you leave my image up to make the sale. Therefore, I ask that you terminate the image immediately. I do not want to appear harsh or rude, but you must understand that my other sponsors utilize images of my car in exchange for parts and discounts to which you have not provided either of. I would be thankful if you can take it down now and not 4 days later. Otherwise you leave me no choice but to contact Ebay. If you are aware of Ebay's policies, they will terminate your auction entirely, and you will have to create an all new auction. So, to save the hassle on both yours and my end, take down the picture per my request. I expect the image to be removed no later than tonight by 10:00 pm. If not, I will otherwise fax in a formal complaint to Ebay.
