Although it's neither hear nor there in what you and I consider false advertisement, it is still apparent that you want to utilize my image for your auction. This is still unacceptable. The auction proceedings do not require that you leave my image up to make the sale. Therefore, I ask that you terminate the image immediately. I do not want to appear harsh or rude, but you must understand that my other sponsors utilize images of my car in exchange for parts and discounts to which you have not provided either of. I would be thankful if you can take it down now and not 4 days later. Otherwise you leave me no choice but to contact Ebay. If you are aware of Ebay's policies, they will terminate your auction entirely, and you will have to create an all new auction. So, to save the hassle on both yours and my end, take down the picture per my request. I expect the image to be removed no later than tonight by 10:00 pm. If not, I will otherwise fax in a formal complaint to Ebay.

To bad I couldn't get a new hood, guess I will just stick to the plan of revising the hood we have now...lol.

Well, that's done. So, I thought I would do a little search to see what else I can find on ebay as far as a pic of our car was concerned.

You know, I was going to let this one slide, with the zoomed in pic on the fenders (even though I knew it was our car it wasn't as bad as that other listing)....Then I scrolled down the page after everything........AND BLAME, BIG FULL ON SHOT!

Done! Called them up, and talked to a really nice lady. I had previously sent them an email to begin with, but thought I would give them a call as well.
She had no idea (as she doesn't handle that stuff) that they took a pic of my car. I was like....
"Do you see the image of the Black Scion tC with the CF fenders, lip, and hood."
- "yes"
"That car looks mighty familiar, to me.....because I own it".
-"really"
"Yeah, that is my car I took a pic of with my own camera".
Won't go into the rest of the conv., but she put me on hold, and came back after a bit and was letting me know they are changing it right now.
What puzzles me, is where the heck are they even pulling the image from is my question? It's uploaded to my profiles on various websites (youtube, cardomain, photobucket, etc..). Then linked from there to where ever I post them. But the Image is still tied to whichever account I pull them from. Viewing the image properties does me no good, as it's usually copied onto their own server/pc and hosted from there.
