ya. the navy is pretty packed right now or i woulda left in april when i finished my college classes.

I was on that for close to a year.... it gave me the opportunity to study the history of the Navy and all such of important things that they would ask me in boot camp.... there was alot of questions in the back of the book... and once a week my recruiter asked me questions about the book... I got it signed and before my ship date I was bump to a higher pay grade.... and I still have that book too...lol

the navy makes people that go in under aviation sign 6 year contracts so they come out of A-school as an E-4

nice.... I was a petty officer first class ( Boatswain Mate) when I got discharged.... was going to make a career out of it but was medically discharged... wasn't fit to meet active duty anymore.... sorry devildog... I don't mean to thread jack.... Syldrin... hit me with a pm... if you want though
