well there is an easy way around it....Buy someones used stock 05, 06 header and place it on the 07, then install the supercharger as normal. If the acu is any different. Get an EMS and be good to go.
Sounds like it would work. The only difference in the header is it would hit the supercharger shaft.

I don’t know.... currently have over 12k miles here (with turbo, 40k overall) and she still runs like a champ and I don't even have any fuel management. I mean modern 4 cylinders are very reliable. Even the domestic 4 cylinders are reliable. Most of the time other parts of the car fail way before an engine rebuild is really needed.

OK for the record the exahust manifold and the ECU were changed for the 2007 tC. The reason was to make it an ULEV (ultra low emissions vvehicle). TRD is working on the kit for the 07. They have been for some time now and it will probably be available here shortly. I do not see this being as big an issue as the original S/C release was.
TRD is not going to scrap the 07 S/C and they are not going to be discontinued.
The 07 tC's should be coming out right about now and some place should already have them.

The ECU is different and the pin out is probably different as well.
I'm not saying it will or it won't work but it's not as simple as just exchanging parts.

Haha, just kidding. But, it'd be a huge mistake not to. Honestly... That's like Sony stop making PS3s after a year it's release.
