Default ZIP TIEING MY LICENSE PLATE TO MY FMIC?

I have a FMIC with a Cryo SPRAYER kit mounted with metal zipties through the FMIC, i was wondering because i dont want to make holes in my bumper and dont have time to fab a bracket if i could use platic zip ties to mount my license plate to my fmic the same way and not melt? obviously the zip ties would be in front of the sprayer but im just worried of it melting or restricting air flow that it would do some damage to my car, and btw i have a body kit so i dont have stock license plate holes.

If you put your plate in front of the FMIC, wouldn't you be defeating most of its purpose?

its just temporary because i need to drive it for the weekend and dont want to get hassled bout it... and i dont drive the car hard, but if because of it its gonna choke and make my car die i wont do it.. or if the intercooler gets that hot would it melt it enough to make my license plate fall off..

If your not looking to get hassled, I'm not sure that zip tieing a license plate to your illegal fmic on your car with a full body kit will really do you any good... that's the kind of car cops notice, whether or not it has a plate on it.

They can be pretty ****, but one might also argue that putting a license plate on a conspicuous area might draw attention to an illegal modification.

ptuning makes a relocation kit that goes into the tow hook hole on the front bumper, i dont nkoe if your kit has that hole still, and putting your front plate in front of your intercooler dyfies the purpore of having an intercooler..... think about whaqt an intercooler is..........

window, dash, sunvisor, top grill...

theres plenty of other places to put it.

hell, you could even put it on the bumper in the stock location with some double sided 3M tape

On the dash won't fly in CA if the cop really cares. And if he' pulling you over for front plates, he really cares. Chances are though, he'll be pulling you over for that body kit and intercooler.

Dbl sided tape will be the quickest and least conspicuous at stock position.
