Can someone please post more about last episode (round 3 with the civic and mustang). Sorry to get off topic but my TiVo did not record it. I was ____ed. Also is it just me or does the ESPN website says that there is no repeat episode coming up of this last episode. I can’t find it with the TiVo listings and on the ESPN site listings but on the PIPES site is says June 6th... Sorry again for getting off topic.

yea, and to to top off i think the gsr motor is like a 11:1 compression. i bet they hit like 10psi or so of boost on pump gas, didn't pull any timing and the motor let loose.
this is why you don't install a turbo in a timed event. there is too many things to go wrong when your under the clock. a simple 150shot of gas or so would have won them the competetion. with 3500$ a super nice dual stage progessive kit could have been hooking up. put it on the dyno to adust the fuel jet and your set.

Because its a Honda!!!! Sorry had to.
The other thing to notice is the fact that all the cars left are V8 carburated motors. No electronics to deal with really. Just change out a couple fuel jets, cams, heads, exhaust and ur set!!! Damn, it makes me miss my Chevy Malibu small block v8 i used to have.

Show kinda went downhill after the first two rounds. Seems the past 3 episodes at least one (and in the most recent both) cars have had issues of not running right or at all. Hopefully if they decide to do this show again next season they'll make some changes to the format and at least make it a little more interesting than just the guy distracting the teams in the garage asking them questions or him making stupid comments.
