Default ZPI Stage 0 install **Pics 5/9** 56k get some robertos!

Ok here's the parts list I have:

ZPI stage 0 kit (with everything it includes)
HKS SSQV BOV
BOV flange welded on
Tapped/Welded Oil Pan
Silicone Sealant for oil pan (reinstall)
Full Synthetic Oil
New Oil Filter
Exhaust Manifold Gasket (New OEM)
Gauges (EGT, Boost, A/R Wideband)
Copper Gasket for Wastegate
2nd O2 sensor bung welded on
NGK one-step colder spark plugs

Do our oilpans have a gasket that needs to be replaced upon reinstalling it along with the silicone sealant? Just making sure I don't miss anything upon installing the entire kit, thanks!

**Update**
Here are some pics that were taken by Jason after the install!

Special thanks for my crew:
Ira
Wes
Mark
Joey
Jason
Matt (jealousy support)

Beginning of Install (yes huddle around, my girl is going to become a woman today!)

The heavy stuff is installed

And the finished pieces

More things to come from LV, so be on the lookout!

someone on here can find you the part number for the gasket for the oil pan. you will have to make a new one and im not sure regular silicone will work. the stuff toyota uses is no joke as you will come to find out.

Spark plugs are needed to help with idle.

What gauges are you talking about in particular? I do not believe there is a link to the copper wastegate gasket, so just ask for it when ordering.

And yes you need a taped oil pan, but you don't need to BUY one. You can have the oil pan that's already on the car...Tapped. Just take it to a local muffler/welding shop and have them weld it on for you. Kit does not come with one anymore. Use to, but it's hard to get oil pans from Toyota, so I would just have your stock Oil Pan tapped.

Wan, with everything listed here, I have spent close to 3,000 dollars. The kit with the BOV and extra copper gasket and o2 bung was about 2550 shipped. Excellent price for all of that IMO.

Yeah sorry don't have a link for the copper wastegate gasket, just call zpi and order it when you're doing your order. Gauges I bought through www.glowshift.com

^^^ Bro with all due respect, the questions you ask have been answered so many times i've lost count. The tool needed would be a drill. you want to drill a hole in the oil pan, then either weld in a bung or screw in the tap. You should be able to take it to a shop and have them do it. Sounds to me you'd be the perfect customer for ZPI's ALREADY tapped oil pan.

The kit does not come with an oil pan. It comes with oil fittings. You take those fitting to a shop and have them tap your own oil pan after you get it off the car.
