That kind of exactly what i wanted to know.. How reliable is it ? I mean the drive from KY to NY is like 600-700 miles...Is it reliable to go that long right after its going to be installed ..

Did you encouter ANY even the smallest dislikes or problems ?

none at all.

and no contrary to popular belief turbos don't really need to be "broken in" all they really need is to be lubed up well. And after 500 or so put in a good set of oil and you'll be fine.

Its very reliable. i haven't had a single issue with it.

The one thing is it is loud. if you don't want it loud have them route the wastegate back into the DP but i like it loud.

like i said no complaints, i love it.

Are you planning on throwing it on a dyno and getting some real numbers any time soon? How about the track?

ok, cause when i dynoed my stage 0, i got about 243 whp, and 247 tq on no tune.....so we're basically running the same numbers.....did you get the hks bov? also, i LOVE the open dump sound, sounds mean as hell....and you got to love that bov...the first time i drove the stage 0 after installing it in my garage, i had the biggest smile on my face.....and after a week or so, taking down a wrx and 350z just put a bigger grin...haha.....happy boostin'

No. All CAIs connect to the intake manifold, near the back of the engine. All turbo intakes connect to the turbo, in front of the engine. Impossible without serious modifications.

not only would it not work you don't want it. the longer the pipe from the compressor housing to the filter the more turbo lag you will get. you could have one fab'd up but it would make you spool way late.

and i'm dropped on s-techs. you could read my profile for more mods

So the turbo comes with a special intake or you use a short ram?

It's basically a SRI, yes. The only exception is that it usually doesn't point toward the front of the car.

Go look at some installed turbo kits, and you'll see what we mean.
