^^I was at the shop (ZPI) Monday. 3 boxes of Stage 0 and Stage 1 piping were sitting in the middle of the shop. I'm sure they are working each day by the seat of their pants to get stuff out the door.

OK, here's what's going on. The shipment came in, although to my old address, which was just a mixup. The night I got the package I immediately started on the oil pan as that was supposed to take an hour or two. Once a friend got into the box, they found the emanage, HKS BOV, Boost gauge, vac lines for WG, and hose clamps for the oil return line all missing. So to say the least the car is on jack stands and I am without a car til I get the parts. On a lighter note, will did get the entire turbo assembly on.

Does anyone have a way of contacting ZPI outside their published number and email address? I can't seem to get a hold of anyone and have left Vmails and emails....

Nah, i'm not mad. They've been helpful so far, but i would expect them to get to work and pick up the phone or reply to my emails. Does anyone know if the shop is closed today? I just want them to find my parts and overnight them asap. I'll also need a boost controller cause we gave up on trying to open the wastegate. A little compensation for being without a car would be nice too.

This is why I asked for an alternate contact number in case no one is available, and they didn't tell me they would be closed on Monday. I need someone to ship out the parts asap so I can have a car again. The inconvenience of these mistakes process is getting to be too much. Edit: This last line about the mistakes can be dropped, cause the missing parts are being drop shipped.

OK, I spoke with Keisha and the other parts were drop shipped from another company and won't be in til Wed. As for the wastegate they recommended I drill the last two bolts out and then replace them. Does that sound feasible?

What size spring is in it, and what size spring did you want to put in? One of the guys here with the ZPI 0 has not been able to get his WG open either. He's just trying to keep out of full boost!

If you just planning on going higher then the included spring, you could just get a manulal boost controller for $50 or so untill you get something better.
But if your trying to get lower boost then the spring that's in there, you can't.

It comes with an 8 psi spring, so yeah, I would have to stay out of boost, which defeats the purpose of the kit and all this pain I'm going through... I'm just gonna go to sears and see if they have something to take off the stripped ones or someone can weld something to the bolts or drill them out for me. I plan on more boost later this year with a new clutch and flywheel, but gonna wait til xmas.

Default Waste gate

New update on this. Got all but one screw off, and the last one had to be drilled. Worked like a charm! Went to sears and got a whole new set of Allen screws for 5 bucks.

What wastegate is that?
Cause we changed the spring in my Tial in about 5 minutes.

It's the Tial, but one screw just wouldn't turn and it got stripped. Probably should have tried coating them in WD40 and letting them sit for 30 mins.
