OK, everything is in except the heat exchanger for the liquid intercooler and the exhaust after the s pipe. Problem with the exhaust is the s pipe outlet is banging against my front sway bar and I want new bolts. On to the crappiest problem I've ever seen. Started the car with only an s pipe and idles fine, but then the weld on the oil pan for the bung starts leaking. Any ideas on how to fix it? Can the guy that welded it even fix it now that it's on the car and full of oil?

^^Try any type of silicone sealant or equal type solution? Or you can just NOT cut corners and as much as you would hate to, take the pan off and do it the most secure way. Sometimes doing it the tedious way pays off in the end.

Thanks for the suggestions. Went with the JB weld and no more leak!!! Anyhow, now the gasket on the wastegate is blown and leaking very badly. Will this cause hesitation, because I get a little under 3k RPM's. Anyhow, staying out of the bosst til I get new gaskets. Do you guys know where I can get some? ZPI is pretty unavailable.

jeff and i run tial 44mm wastegates, not 38mm. they are v-band flanged so we dont need gaskets.
you dont need a custom gasket either.

After speaking to some other tuners... They claimed that we don't need a gasket, two machined surfaces with a retaining ring in the middle is all you need. Threw in some copper spray for good measure. The car is up and running minus the emanage, the liquid intercooler works like a dream, mildly hot before the intercooler, lukewarm after and it pulls almost twice as hard. All things being considered, this was my worst car install experience yet. Next time I'll pay $500-$1000 to have someone put it in. Pics soon to come, but my engine bay looks like poop.
Thanks for all the support. Go ZPI!!!
