Before everyone starts getting their jack stands and tools out...

We have received confirmation that the turbos are on schedule. But let it be known that these still have to clear customs and reach us from Texas prior to turbo kits shipping out. We don't want anyone to feel mislead or misguided based upon our hopeful anticipation of a smooth delivery. We just want it to be known up front exactly what the timeline of the situation is.

We truly appreciate the continued support as we try our hardest to be the one name you can always count on in Scion performance.

So far, I bought a 3 gauge pillar pod, and for the pod, I'll be buying boost, egt and probably oil pressure gauges.

I'm just trying to prepare myself as much as possible, asking questions, finding tutorials on how to install parts and what not. Kaeon has been a lifesaver in that department. I might just have to wait for his turbo install before I try it myself.

I don't know, I haven't heard too many good things about wideband. From what I've heard it just jumps around.

sweet, what brand of gauges are you thinking about getting. i personally went with the defi d series gauges. boost, egt, and oil pressure. a wideband would be nice, but i have absolutely no idea where to mount a 4th gauge at this time.

here are some of the stuff i already have that i'll be installing when the time comes. bfgoodrich gforce sport(giving these a shot after my hankook rs-2's, i hope they perform better), stoptech stage 2 brake kit, denso IK22 plugs, oil filter block adapter, turbo xs hp boost controller, and some misc stuff.

there are a few things that i still need. i thought about going with a standalone like the AEM EMS, but they do not offer plug n play harness for the tc and i perfer not to splice the oem harness. so i will have to make due with whats out now. which would be the emanage ultimate with a pnp harness. there is still a lot of stuff for me to get done before the turbo install. i hope everything goes well

yeah, i'm gonna go with the ik22 plugs as well. Heard good things about them from sciondad. The only other place I know of to put more gauges would be either in the little cubby hole under the a/c switches or whenever that glove box gauge pod comes out. But i don't plan on upgrading the kit with much, besides a fmic or later on emange. Stock tires gotta go though. Rains too much in washington and they slip pretty easily already n/a.

Forgot to reply to the main question. I'm probably just gonna go with all autometer gauges, and probably the phantom ones, to somewhat match the stock rpm and speedometer gauges. Should work out pretty good.

I have just put a gauge in the place of that round heat/condition regulator. Can't use pillar pods

You're thinking narrow band. Wideband with a dedicated 02 sensor and you can see the mixture as good as your ECU can see it. The narrow band one, if hooked into the existing wideband sensor just jumps around.
