you will need a recirculation kit that is usually sold separately. it's usually just an adapter for the horn, hose, a few nuts and bolts(some kits have other items as well)

so basically you will need a new bov that can be recirculated and make sure it comes with a flange. have a tuner shop weld on the flange and mount the new bov and have them hook up the recirculation kit. the bad thing about doing this is after the they weld on the new flange, it will leave some blemishes on the pipes. so if you want a nice looking pipe(with no blemishes) you will need to have it recoated.

Damn, that sucks. Does Tial even make any bov's that are recirculated or have the ability to be changed? I know HKS SSQ bov has a little kit that can change it to recirculated, but that still would need to have the flange welded on and would leave those blemishes on the pipe.

No, TiAL only makes that one model of BOV. It's the big daddy BOV.

It's worth mentioning that we've been exploring the idea of having a BPV manufactured for the TRD SC. There's no real reason why the same BPV couldn't be used on our turbo kit.

We've also been kicking around the idea of offering piping without the TiAL flange, and let the end user decide what they want to do about BOV/BPV..

Have you guys noticed any problems with your turbo kit as far as idling/stalling because of the bov being atmospheric?

We have decided that all Stage 0's will now have no BOV and the price will reflect this. This allows the end user to select the BOV they want.

The stage 1 kit will still include a BOV at this time this is a Tial but this can change at any time. We are always refining the kits to make sure that they are the best they can be.

I was talking about my turbo kit that I ordered. Whether you guys got your shipment of turbos or not. Nice idea though to let the user decide what kind of bov to get for their car.

Yo.

I'm in the same boat as you. ZPI received a shipment of turbos yesterday (1/17). Kenny talked to me on AIM to confirm what Brian at RacingSolution had mentioned to me earlier. Looks like things are moving along again.

Brian or ZPI, what happened? Been hearing the above statement for quite a while now, and I've been trying my hardest to be as courteous and professional as I can, but I gotta tell you my patience has worn away to nothing. $2800 is not chump change for some of us, I'd like to think that those $2800 were well spent. I just want a no BS assessment on when my kit is going to ship. If something's holding my kit up or you guys are missing something just tell me. I'm tired of hearing "hopefully your kit will ship out the end of this week, begining of next week."
Thanks,
Carlos

I'm sorry Brian, I understand it's not you that's the problem, you're just the messenger. But, it's getting ridiculous. Just when i thought it was done, you told me that they said they sent the manifolds to get sand blasted, I mean come on. I don't know why they wanna play those games. If there's a delay on something or somethings wrong, they should just say it.
