Here is a quick update on my ZPI Stage 0 kit install progress.

I've got the oil pan already installed last night.

I found some high-temp header paint at O'Reily and painted the log-manifold. It looks a bit different that the standard flat black.

By the way the log-manifold fit like a glove. I did get longer screws for the assembly as the M10 and M8 screws are about 1/4" too short.

These are the supporting parts that I got for my turbo:

Boost/Oil Pressure/Intake Temp Gauges
PLX M300 Wide-Band A/F computer
Huge tranmission oil cooler.
Emanage (Tuned by ZPI for Stage 0)
Devils Own direct water/meth injection kit with fully programable progressive controller.

I will probaly not install the emanage the first couple of weeks. I will be montoring the A/F and data logging engine operating parameters. Then I will install emanage and see how it affects/ benefits the car.

My car has the Automatic transmission so I elected not to install a BOV on my Stage 0. That's also something that I will be evaluating and may install one down the road if I see the need.

I will probably also install the TRD thermostat, this will help lower engine temps.

Going to be boosted by this Saturday!!!

I saw one of the kits on eBay - I like how it's $45 to ship an entire turbo kit - and $20 to ship a DVD or something small in an envelope sometimes. Yay eBay.

eBay's shipping prices have skyrocketed out of control over the past year or two.

That sounds like a man with a MASTER plan! Where do you score a TRD thermostat from? Price?

Looking Good by the way. And WELCOME to the ZPI family, excellent choice in turbo setup!

No problem Peteyd, thanks for answering all my questions.
Just cause my Stage 0 is going to be built up does not mean I know what I'm doing... I like to think of it the other way around. My stage 0 is built up -because of concerns of loosing reliability in hot Texas weather with the turbo. It was 108F yeasterday. My car was on a traffic light and intake temps where above 150F. Heat soak is horrible on the tC... and I've got Injen CAI!

Thanks for the props! I've got a tank full of 93 Octane this morning $30 ouch! It's boost time

dude, I was logging IAT's at 145 degrees the other day and I live in NY(it was only about 90 degrees out), these motors do suck up way to much heat
Steady cruising its alright though, right around a solid 75 degrees.
As far as a full tank of 93 octane costing you only $30, feel lucky, it costs me about $45 to fill up on 93 octane

First week of school for many folks today's commute was painfully slow... Once again 108F outside and my intake air temp gauge was reading 180F!

Used my little red button (manual water injection control) and got it down to about 100F -Just goofing off ... Traffic sucks!
