So I bought a #74 Mini Wedge Base Blue LED from superbrightleds.com, and the base of the bulb does not fit into the "bulb holder" in the Auto Shifter piece. I was able to get the same exact bulb into the cubby hole holder, but for whatever reason the holder on the Auto Shifter piece doesn't accept the LED. It kind of just rests there and makes contact but does not go all the way in and "click" it seems as if the base is a bit too big.... Should I shave a bit of the inside of the holder down or what?

 

...any ideas?

 

i have the same LED>. it fits for me... so i dont know what is the problem there...

 

did u have to force it? I tried that.....
