Alpine Headunit install pics.
Just thought Id post this up for those wanting to install a headunit themselves. I bought the headunit from crutchfield which was great because with orders over 150 they send free step by step instructions and a mounting kit. Instructions were great and easy.

Console removed. The consol pops right off after unscrewing the shifter. I was suprised at hos easily it all came undone.

The stock unit is held together by four screws in each corner. Pretty easy to remove with a screw driver exept for the top right pain in the ___ to screw out hard to get to but not impossible.

Crutchfield send a free mounting kit which includes the adpater. So here it is on the stock harness.

Thats the radio with the wires that attach to the adapter. Need to solder the wires together there is a guide above on how to do it. This is the longest part since you have to attach every wire together and match the correct wires.

And after the wires are attached just follow the steps back and viola. New Headunit in place. In the pictures it looks a little weird but most people said that it looks a lot better then stock.

And here is another picture.
To everyone who was thinking about installing this themselves do it. Its extremely easy if you follow the instructions. And you save a lot on installation.
