Default AVIC D-3 Backgrounds For The Guys

I ordered my D-3 from Crutchfield and I'm waiting for the big brown truck to pull up (UPS).....It should be here today sometime.......
I was bored and just messing around making some backgrounds, I don't know if they will work, but they are the correct aspect ratio and JPEG format. Some bigger than others.
I thought I would share them with my fellow Scionlife members......
If you like, post pictures back up of them on your D-3 and show some love.......
Laters...............

Make sure when you burn the disc the pictures are in a folder called "PICTURES", I did mine in all capital letters and it worked, Also make sure there is at least 1.8mb burned to the disc, If the image above is not enough then add a few more until you get to that limit as well as dont put anything else on the disc like music or any other folders!

It has to be PICTURES. Make sure you put in dummy content (NOT MP3S) on the disc to make the content go above 1.8MB.

EDIT: woops. guess it was already answered. =P

Just put a bunch of extra pictures in the PICTURES folder and make sure the total size of the disc is 1.8mb or more.

And it should work

Here ya go man try this. I just burned this and tested it on my D3 and it works, but your images do not full screen for some reason. All my others are 1000x480x24b just like yours and they full screen.

I created an image of the disc. If your using Nero to burn go to (Recorder then Burn Image) in the top menu bar and select this file and try that. If this does not work Ill mail you this copy. http://www.setuners.com/background.nrg

ok, i just noticed that the first 7 pics up on top got resized somewhere during the upload and posting process because on my computer they are the correct size, and if you right click on these pics (first 7 on top)and go to properties it reads a resolution of 1024X492 which will not fill in the whole screen..........
