ugh...another question....does anyone know where i can get another GPS antenna metal sheet(the one that goes under the GPS)

i wanted to see if the GPS worked without it, and now i cant find it!

hey why dont you take a pic of the dash closed when you have the d3 installed??
hmmm i wonder? lol it doesn't close cause of the **** is in the way, unless you take the **** out.

 

if you mount it back further it closes fine.

 

i took the pictures of the "modified brackets" so it sets further back in so the dash closes

just drill slots a little bit farther back than the stock ones and it works just fine

 

I cant seem to get these to work...i look at the info on the file and it seems to be 1000x480 instead of 500x240 - they just dont show up on my picture disc...all most all of the other scion ones work - but these are the ones i want! anyone know how to get them to show up? thanks.

 

 

I have an appointment this Wednesday at 12pm to get my Avic-D3 installed, including bluetooth, steering wheel controls, Ipod cable, bypass wire and the installer is giving me a remote for it too. I CAN'T WAIT!!!

 

I just picked one up for $583 SHIPPED brand new off ebay...lucky me.
