Bad Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor, Related to Camry?
So A While back I had the following, I know scions are not effected but just seemed really funny with all the issues with camry going on.
CEL Code P2121 comes up as being a bad Accelerator Pedal
Position Sensor. The only problem is it only comes as an
assembly so it would be the whole accelerator
pedal/sensor/assembly.
Basically I had to replace the whole thing. I found this out the hard
way while I was driving on a high way and my gas pedal worked about
10% throttle if that.
Related to Camry Issues?
Just a FYI and have been wondering ever since this whole Camry thing.

Honestly I would not even relate it to the rest of Toyota's problems (and it's not restricted to just the Camry, btw). Seems to be just an isolated incident - and I'd say you're lucky for 2 reasons... 1) There was actually a fault code (some of the affected problems do NOT show one) and 2) It was not accelerating out of control.
