well should still fit with the bags,but the Apillar will probably need to come out to be able to get all the way up and in since it has no flex compared tot he stock headliner.
do realise that in the event of side impact the bags will blow that headliner to bits,it may not explode but it will be junk as the CF will hold together but the resin will not......could be dangerous.
The airbags should not cause any issues with fittment though......they are actually smaller in how they fit than the honey comb that is in their place in cars not equiped.

i was like screw it and had an interior shop install it. turned out looking nice. i didnt want to screw up the headliner, paid too much for it. the only problem the shop had was the hook for the sunvisor couldnt pop in cause the headliner is too thick so that'll have to be trimed a little bit. i also installed my cf b-pillars, and will be installing my cf a-pillars today. but im still waiting for my cf c-pillars to come in. i'll post pics when im done
