I have the same unit and what I did was screw the brakets on a half an inch back. The door opens and closes perfectly

Where is everyone getting their side fillers from? I'm set on getting a kenwood ddx-6019 but i dunno where to find a kit to fill in the gap

You can get Toyota part #'s 86221-52050 and 86221-52060

They're the right/left side filler pieces from toyota.... but they're not cheap.

you can also cut your own from abs.
and if i remember correctly the kenwood came with a mount that could be cut to fit.

L337Biker, do you know how to upload different backrounds for the screen? I just installed the alpine IVA-W200 as well and I know there is a function you can use to upload pics for backrounds but I dont know how to do it....

I'm considering the flip out dvd player too, and still want the door functgionable.. so.. just mounting the deck back a little mor ethen it should seems to take care of it for most?

wouldn't remounting the flip thingy make it not close properly?..
