Default Electical Help (newbie here)

didnt know whether this post should go into the Aero and exterior or ICE and interior; but since its about electical stuff thought it might go in here.

so...
just received puddle lamps from jlevi today and i bought a toggleswitch. only problem is that i dont kno how to wire one. i was thinking about wen the switch is off, the lights will come on with the domelights (fade on and off). then wen i switch it on, i can drive with the lights on. my friend also suggested that i can wire the lights to the blinker relays so that wen i turn on my left blinker it would well, blink. the toggle switch comes with a power, acc, and ground. what does the acc do?

anyone know how to accomplish what im thinking?

heres the link to the puddle light topic:

to wire to the dome lights, you tap into them in the fuse box. To wire a switch wire the power wire to the switch, the positive wire from the lights to the other part of the switch, and if the switch has an indicator light you have to ground it. Combine those two and you're set.
