so it is in the center of the car? If that is the case, not ******* it here , but isnt that just as bad as taking yours eyes off the road to look down as it is to look over now? I think the idea of it is really cool, We did one of those in a H2 and it was right where the driver looks out.

I wanted to put it there in front of the guages, but that area is curved and you'd have to do a fiberglass setting to make it look right... It's where I'm used to looking for my xB, so it's not that big of a transition for me... my eyes never leave the road, which I love.... and running at the track will be significantly better as a result of this.

Thanks.... You can't see it from outside and it has like a privacy glass thing on the top, so from an angle you can't see the display either... it's pretty nifty...

actual install is pretty simple, its the nice mounting and integration into the dash that needs the serious work from what i see.

if he's in my boat now, he's poor and will have a lapse in mod time....

I killed it.... Not worth it for me... I got the Alpine IVA-W200 for 650, with is 350 off retail, so the price was too good to pass up...

I'm running out of room quick and the carpc would take up even more.... I love the idea, just don't have the time/space/cash to make it work like I wanted. I couldn't get any discounts/hookups on the PC stuff, like I can with the stereo stuff.... so I made the tough call to just get a nice double din.

Crazy cheap... plus got the ipod cable for 15 and the wiring harness for a buck....

In light of recent interest, I thought I'd bump this back up... still running like new and people love it at shows... never seen another one on any other car, non-the-less, a tC
