Default which fuse do i replace?!?

my led lights for the cupholders and neon lights for the front of my tC doesn't work. the lights came from the scion dealer and i was wondering, does it mean that my fuse is blown out? if so, can anyone show me which fuse to replace?

acc fuse.. found in the inside fuse box under where the hood release latchy is.. stick head under there. you'll see it

that or if there's one that says for cig lighter.. i'm a little tired to find out now....
you can always just pull out every fuse and see what's blown...

you plug anything into your cig lighter before it happened?

i believe it's #23... it's 15amp... u can find that fuse box above the accelerator and brake area... u have to stick ur head under there and look up... there's a box with a diagram of which fuse is which... it's on the left side that said #23 (cig lit) or something like that... check that if it's blown... if it's blown, the middle of the fuse is burned and would turn black... keep us update whether u r able to solve that problem
