Gauge Install Help
Im trying to install my glowshift water temp gauge and i have the adapter but I have to cut the radiator hose in half and than clamp each side of the hose to the adapter that will run to the gauge. The problem is the first time i pulled the hose off coolant leaked everywhere so i quickly put it back. How can i remove the hose without having coolant leak everywhere?

You have a couple of options here:
1. Drain the coolant from the bottom. There's a white tab you turn on the bottom drivers side area on the radiator where u can drain it.
2. Place a Double Gulp cup underneath the hose and prepare for getting coolant everywhere.
I'd go the first route, only cuz I don't like dried up coolant all over the inside of my engine bay.

yeah idk what i was thinking...well obviously i wasnt thinking at all haha. I just installed the oil pressure gauge with no problems and i went right into the water temp and just pulled the damn thing off and there went all that coolant. That was the end of my day as far as the car goes.
