Has anyone tried a Databus Integration unit for an alarm?
My question is: Has anyone heard of this, and if so, is it any good? Does it work on the tC?
I've been reading about these units a little bit on a couple sites and if they worked it may be the best thing to ever happen to car alarm installs! I just haven't heard of anyone actually using one... The one I'm thinking about ordering is on crutchfield.com. The link:http://www.crutchfield.com/App/Produ...4DTOYDL&tp=157 It doesn't say much about it on crutchfield, but I've been reading on the Omega website (who makes this unit), that it controls evverything from the door locks to the factory immobilizer. The link for their site is here: http://www.caralarm.com/databus.html
I'm installing remote start and an alarm.
