Default Help again (Eclipse AVN5510)

So if you guys didn't know, I was planning to buy an Eclipse AVN5510 navigation system. Well, a little problem occured. The website that I was planning to buy it from no longer works. So this is where I'm at...

cartronixplus.com - CONS: bad reputation, website no longer works. PROS: cheap price
sonixelectronix.com - CONS: out of stock. PROS: good reputation
onlinecarstereo.com - CONS: bad reputation. PROS: cheap price
ebay.com - CONS: only 90 days warranty vs. 1 year warranty on most store websites. PROS: cheap
crutchfield.com - CONS: expensive. PROS: good reputation
woofersetc.com - CONS: expensive. PROS: good reputation

So I need your help in finding me a website that sells that navi for under $900. I've exhausted myself already.

You might have to dish our a lil more money than you expected since I think the most recommended online store is crutchfield. You might want to check those local audio shops too.

resellerratings.com is exactly where i went.

here's the low down for the ratings AND the price for the navi:

cartronixplus - no rating ($769)
sonicelectronix - 7.83/10 ($899)
onlinecarstereo - 4.30/10 ($869)
crutchfield - 9.80/10 ($999)
woofersetc - 9.51/10 ($999)

so from what i see, the higher the rating, the higher the prices are.

Get it from crutchfield, or an authorized dealer! ebay stores say they give you a warranty but ITS NOT TRUE! manufacturers only redeem warranties when they are purchased through an authorized retailer which ebay is not! Dont be cheap, I've learned that being cheap will cost you more in the end... so save up a little more and get a warranty with your purchase!

999 autorized is a good price on this.
It was 1499 reg right?

I think its worth the extra $100 for the warranty, as stated above some stores say they are autorized but are not

alright... thanks for convincing me. i guess you guys are right. crutchfield is awesome though. i ordered some accessories from them sunday, and they actually SHIPPED it AND provided me with a tracking number the same day. literally less than an hour since i ordered it and everything went through. amazing! i'll either save up to 1000 and get it from crutchfield or sonicelectronix, if they get some more in stock.

i'm really tempted to get it from onlinecarstereo, but their feedback is horrible! and i'm not comfortable dishing out over $800 to risk.

I dont like spending that kind of money online period, but yeah I'd say go with crutchfield!
