Help with amplifier/subwoofer installation
I just purchased a Kicker zx300.1 amplifier and Kicker Comp DC12" Subwoofers for my 2007 Scion TC. I was wondering what is the correct line output converter I should buy for it. Also the guy at bestbuy told me I should only buy the Rockford Fosgate amplifier wiring kit but this is the most pricey one, does anyone think I could get away with using another brand and if so which one? Thanks.

There are lots of LOCs that will work fine, here's what I'm using;

Lots of wiring kits will work fine too. You only need 8 gauge for that amp, but if you might upgrade or add another amp in the future, it'd be better to go with 4 gauge.
Here's a good kit at a fair price;

That should be less than the RF kit at BB, and this one comes with a good set of twisted-pair RCAs too.
HTH.
