Default Here Is My Audio Setup But I Need Help With Something

Alright first off here is the list of what I'm getting.

2 RE AUDIO SE10 subs
HIFONICS BRUTUS BXi-1210D

2 PHOENIX GOLD RSD 65CS
PHOENIX GOLD V752 500 WATT 2 CHANNEL CAR AMPLIFIER

Alright now I'm getting the components and amp first but either at the end of the month or next month I'll be getting the subs and amp. Question is what amp wiring kit should I get? I'm just not sure what to get because I seen some dual amp wiring kits but I don't know what gauge wires will really work or understand so much of hooking up 2 amps. Basically I'm looking for a reccomendation for a wiring kit or what I can do to wire them both up. And since I'm getting the components first and will hook them up right away, lets say I got the dual amp kit, I can still have it wired up working no problem without the second amp until I get it right?

Any answers and help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

you might be better off just getting lengths of 4 gauge power and ground wire, along with a couple of distribution blocks, one for power and one for ground. that way you're not limiting yourself on the possibility of future expansion. personally i'd recommend knukonceptz wire and stinger distribution blocks.

This wiring kit should suffice for powering a system with the 2 amps you specified;

http://www.parts-express.com/pe/show...number=263-182

If the price seems high, any good quality 4ga kit that contains a distribution block will work, or you can even purchase a standard single amp wiring kit and buy a dist. block separately.

If it were me, I'd probably get this amp wiring kit;
http://www.parts-express.com/pe/show...number=263-694
Because of the reasonable price and it contains good quality twisted-pair RCA cables too.
And I'd get two of these distribution blocks;
http://www.parts-express.com/pe/show...number=265-800
All at a total cost of $72 + tax & shipping.

Yes, it'll be perfectly fine to install the kit with one amp first, then add the second amp by wiring it to the dist. block anytime later.

No smaller than 4guage from battery for those........to distro block.....and then to amps.
Knukoncepts has great products,pricey depending on what you get but it will last long time.

I just installed 4gauge to my amp... bought everything separate from knukonceptz.com. Prices seemed OK for me and I got exactly what I wanted and needed. Power wire, ground wire, terminals, fuse block with fuses.

The quality seemed good enough to me. I don't know what their rep really is, but I thought it was nice stuff.

do you need 2 sets of components, are you going to be in any audio competitions? id say stick with 1 set up front and leave the rears stock. anywho, check out KnuKonceptz for all your wires...

na its only 1 set, i just copied the title of what I was getting. meant as 2 speakers. but im definatly doing audio comps this year for whatever shows I go to. Last setup I had was 137db without components and 1 kicker solobaric l5. Just tryin to beat my own for now to see what I come out with on this setup.

^ So you're SPL only then, not competing in SQ, right?

don't know, I'm kind of always undecided when it comes to that because I want SQ but I also want the SPL. I've only competed in SPL though. but regardless its not gonna be an all summer thing, I just like to cruise around in a bangin azz system

i think you are bordering on the 4 gauge borderline.
just get 1/0 gauge wiring to distro and amps.
and what spl competitions do you go to?

Yea that's what I was kinda thinking between all the power I'm getting into both amps. I just go to the ones they hold around NY and CT car shows. Nothing major but a lil somethin somethin
