How to install Sparco pedals?

How to install Sparco pedals?
I know I have to drill my stock pedals and bolt the Sparco ones on....I'ld just like some sort of procedure giving me an idea of what the correct way to install the pedals is. Also, what's the best way to make sure the pedals aren't too far in one direction?
