If your looking at this picture, as you can see my intake is showing on the left front tire,( you know were the intake runs down in-front of the front left tire close to the front bumper. My question can this be fixed or replaced

Linky no worky.
I'm assuming that the fender liner is damaged or missing completely. I had the same problem after my fender liner got sucked under the tire on the highway. I simply made my K&N CAI into a SRI.

You really should get a new fender liner. Some will say otherwise, but the splash gaurds and fender lingers is what keeps road debris out of your engine bay. Obviously, running a CAI like that multiplies your risk of hydrolock by about a million. I personally am not a fan of the SRI route either. The CAI pulls air from the fender well.. makes almost zero difference in performance, but at least pulls cooler air from that area similar to stock. Stock pulls air from the fender area as well. SRI pulls HOTTER air from the engine bay. That would be my last choice of an intake. None of them really make much difference though other than looks and sound so if you want to keep that then go to the SRI if you are not going to replace the fender liner.

PM Ken at TRDSparks on Scion Life. I completely BROKE my fender lining off when I installed my K&N. Ken will hook you up with the fender liner and ALL of the studs and brackets you need (if you need them) because its almost impossible to find all of them individually.
If you run for a while with your intake exposed like than then prepare to clean it 3x as much.

You can get those parts from most body shops (they will order them straight from toyota). I didnt lose the fender liner, but the body shop had to get every bit of the splash gaurds, screws, clips, etc for mine when they were destroyed by road debris along with my bumper. All came right from Toyota.
Probably a better price through Ken at TRDSparks though.
