Infinity Basslink Question
I just got an Infinity Basslink, 10". While at the store, I asked the guy if I could connect the front and rear speakers to the amp and he said no. The I got home and looked through the manual and it has 2 different diagrams for doing it.
Anyone out there with one of these that can clarify for me?
Thanks in advance. BTW I searched and didn't find this question answered so if it's a repost I appologize.

You cannot power additional speakers off the basslink's internal amp.
But when youre installing it you will be connecting it to the factory speaker wires for the sole purpose of sending the music signal to the basslink. Unless you already have an aftermarket deck, then just use RCAs.

Ok, I am possibly going to try to hook up a Basslink T this weekend at the MN meet. I think I understand about running off the speakers for the audio, but how do I get power - can I run off the back of the headunit, or do I need to drill through the firewall to go off the battery? If I can go off the head unit, do I need the wiring harness that works with the factory sub? or an adapter?
Thanks for clueing me in... I am new to this.
